Order Processing
Your order will be processed at our warehouse before it's picked up by our shipping partner(We mostly use UPS and sometimes FedEx). We'll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been picked up.
Estimated Transit Time
After processing, your order is picked up by our shipping partners, brought to a local station for distribution, and transited to you. Typically orders are in transit from 1-5 business days based on where you're shipping to and the products you've ordered. Please note that shipping to remote areas or rural addresses may take approximately 3-5 business days longer for local delivery.

As with any estimate, these guidelines are likely to change based on weather, higher-than-expected shipping volume, or any other unforeseen delays. Deliveries in urban centres are likely to be quicker than in rural areas. Remote areas outside of urban centres, reserves, and areas that require access by ferry are likely to experience slightly longer transit times. We can not request our shipping partners to leave your order in a designated area and unless requested we do not require signatures for delivery.
RETURN POLICY
Cedar Planters offers returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the order by the Customer. The Customer can return the product for store credit, can purchase a different product for the same monetary value, or obtain a refund to the original payment method.
Cedar Planters does not charge a restocking fee for returns, but does not reimburse the Customer or pay the return shipping costs and/or any delivery costs, which shall at all times remain the responsibility of the Customer. Any governmental duty fees, tariffs, and/or customs fees, including but not limited to such fees imposed by governments or agencies in the United States of America and Canada, are at all times the responsibility of the Customer. If Cedar Planters is charged duty fees, tariffs, and/or customs fees, Cedar reserves the right to deduct the total amount of the duty fees, tariffs, and/or customs fees from the refund amount, where applicable, prior to the issuance of the refund amount, and the deduction shall be adjusted to take into account conversion rates from U.S. currency (USD$) or other currency paid by the Customer to Canadian currency (CDN$).
The following are exceptions to the foregoing: the product must be in an original condition and packaged (if shipped); returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use; Cedar Planters does not offer prepaid shipping labels, customer must pay return shipping and we cannot refund original shipping; all custom orders are final sale.

WARRANTY
There is a limited 386-day warranty for each product, which is compromised of 365 days in a year plus 21 days to account for delivery. The warranty term shall commence on the date of purchase of a product on the Website. The Customer hereby understands that products shipping to Customers is made of wood, which is subject to wear and tear.
The warranty shall only be in effect if the product is defective structurally, and shall not extend to any cosmetic defects including small cracks, silvering, knot holes, and weathering, which are all part of the natural process of the product. Accordingly, the User or Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that this warranty is limited to only such defects in the products which are due solely to defective material and/or poor workmanship on the part of Cedar.
Cedar reserves its right to decide in its sole and absolute discretion how the product is to be replaced. Cedar’s liability shall be limited, at Cedar’s sole option, to repair or replacement of non-conforming products or refund of the purchase price. The Customer accepts the same as its entire right and sole remedy in relation to any breach by Cedar of the workmanlike quality of its products.
The warranties set forth herein constitute the sole warranties provided to the Customer and are in lieu of all other representations or warranties express or implied or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and all other remedies.
