Super simple to assemble. Better if you have a clicky click tool, they supply everything necessary. Pre drilled holes makes it easier than IKEA furniture. Love the video instructions. Bought it as a gift and getting ready to order more for myself. Great product, excellent quality, super sturdy but would recommend the foot stands if putting on a hard surface just for stability.

I put the planter together by myself in a freezing garage. I watched a YouTube video and it came together easily. Next week my grandchildren are going to help me put it on my deck. I bought the green house cover because we live in zone 5. We can't put plants out until may 30. I'm very excited to try the green house and get a head start. In the fall my grandchildren are going to move my planter inside, so it won't have to survive a Wisconsin winter. I think I'm going to love my planter.

Was on vacation amd just returned. Assembled 2/27. Box arrived with multiple slashes from shipping. Zippered bag had opened during shipping with screws all over box interior. All screws fit well. Suggest including a coarse sandpaper to be included in box for "shaving" wood splinters & chips. Legs are well paint covered (? dipped). Applied Johnson's paste wax to all wood & metal surfaces. UV light will likely degrade all surfaces over time. Is the winter cover insulated? Will order if it is. Any instances of customers having squirrels or deer chewing on the sides? If so, what spray or solution would you recommend? Will not install plants until early May....Missouri. Thank you for your reply! Kind regards, Lee Foster (314-691-7691).

First of all, we love our 2 Cedar planters that I assembled with good instructions.
The provided tool was all we needed to assemble.
After finishing we worried that the metal legs would scratch the deck so we ordered special feet to fit the metal and they were perfect!!! No scratching.
Only thing left now is to buy correct soil and plant.
Great product and company that gave accurate information and answered all questions.

As a small business, you may consider not including a wrench to put together the planter. Every penny you save helps your business. I think most people who have the ability to put the planter together will have a wrench. Just a thought. I love your product. Good quality and very attractive too.!!! Also...not everyone understands what an olla is. You may want a little bit of "how to" in the paper work that comes with it.

I haven’t planted anything yet because it’s winter, but I already love this cedar planter raised bed. The wood is sturdy, and the overall construction feels very solid. The metal feet are especially impressive — they keep the planter elevated nicely and give it a clean, modern look.
I also appreciate the protective pads under the feet, which prevent any scratches or damage to my wooden deck. This was very important to me, and they work perfectly. The planter sits securely, doesn’t wobble, and looks beautiful on my deck. I’m very happy with this purchase and excited to start planting in spring.

So far, this is an attractive, well-mde product, useful for the purpose. My brother-in-law put it together while I made dinner; pretty easy assembly according to him. All pieces present and quality of machining on metal brackets etc. was good. Feet were super easy to install and, because we have it on a wooden deck outside the kitchen, necessary to protect the deck. The lining was easy to install, I just cut it to fit with a small overlap, folded those in and used my staple gun to secure. One or two questions/issues. One, the lining appears to be impermeable, and I am wondering about drainage. Two, the quality of the wood slats on the bottom. They will be wet/damp, and my yard man, who took a look at the underside, says they may rot in just a few years. So my review may be updated, but for now I'm very happy with it.

I had trouble getting one of the 4 feet to attach to the leg. I had to use a mallet on that one. The feet do protect the legs and I’m glad to have them.

The feet turned out great. I don’t have mulch or a flat area so because of the river rock I decided to carve out an area with soap blocks so that the feet would have a solid surface to sit on.
I think it’s imperative no matter where you put these you put the feet on them so that they don’t dig into your ground

They do the job of leveling well as I used them in the yard. If you have a deck they would be great to prevent damage to the surface as the legs are not sharp but with weight could mar a wood deck.

Advise future purchasers to allow for the width of the feet if purchased with the planters. I didn't. The planters by themselves no problem. Feet were added. Unable to get the 3 planters in the same space unless I put one food on another planters foot. Problem then no space for the winter cover.! So please advise in the measurements to allow for the width of the feet.
I love the planters, have done the seal on them, move them around, so not in the original position I wanted, but the winter covers are already withstanding the rain.
