I love this gorgeous cedar planter! It has completely transformed and really elevated my space. The working height is so wonderful, and assembly was quick and easy! I couldn’t recommend this product more. The way it fills my patio with the smell of fresh cedar when the sun hits it after a good rain is just such a hidden treasure too that I hadn’t anticipated!

Easy assembly with the instructions provided. Looks good on concrete patio in sunny spot. Filled it with compost and cow manure mix from Lowes. It took 9 cu ft of garden soil to fill the insert. Make sure you select the final location. It is very heavy when soil is wet. Excess water drains from the bottom of the bed. Planted various seeds for cool fall crops which are growing well.

Easy to construct. ( I added casters to mine) I live alone and on 10th floor so may need to move a small distance. (Ask me again in a year) Only thing I didn’t like is the discounting of price after my purchase)
I ordered my first one, pictured, and am growing greenbeans, tomatoes, carrots, radishes, and peppers. Very easy to assemble and looks great. I ordered 2 more and am awaiting their arrival.

The raised bed was easy to assemble and my husband stained and sealed it! It fits comfortably with three tomato plants and I also planted basil, oregano, thyme, and rosemary! Marigolds to ward off bugs….enjoying our first few tomatoes!!! Fun to watch them grow on my back deck!!!!

Assembly was very easy. The included tool made it more simplified. The video used as an instruction was great! The height of the planter makes gardening so much easier for me as I have difficulty kneeling or getting up from a seated position. Depth is good for root vegetables.

This is our second raised bed from Cedar Planters, and we merged the two together to make an extra large tortoise table for our growing pair of tortoises. The build quality and wood is excellent. By taking apart the extra panels we had enough cedar lumber to create a rock-solid bottom panel. Eventually this table will go outdoors, and we’ll use the additional cedar boards to create a covering to protect the tortoises from urban wildlife!
Easy to assemble. Love the look of the wood. I couldn’t have asked for any better product.

Easy to assemble, looks great and the basil I planted is doing great.
I stained the wood before assembly by my son-in-law (who had already stained and assembled his planter). I did a light but thorough coat of the stain and it dried pretty quickly in our 100 degree temps. (My son-in-law stained his with a heavier coat and said it was still tacky the next day.). I tested mine by sprinkling a little water on it and it beaded right up. I added a row of pool noodles in the bottom to take up some space as I am only planting herbs. I also added a medium-sized Olla to help with watering. I love the height! I love the planter!
Easy to assemble but some hole misalignment between metal legs and wood sides. Nothing I couldn't overcome.

I stained the planter box pieces before assembling. Because I was using this planter for herbs, I added a layer of pool noodles in the bottom to take up a little bit of space. It still took 2-1/2 large bags of potting soil. I did add a medium Olla pot in the middle. Luckily my daughter and son-in-law came over to put it together. (They had already assembled one that they received.). It looks great!
This was the perfect addition to our planter collection. We already had the 48” and wanted the 36” to form an L on our deck. Planted carrots and beets and they are doing great. The package included the feet for the legs as well as a grow bag and an olla pot. Great bundle at a good price.
no pic of screw holes, can't show. bottom hole each side does not line up with black "feet. we might try to drill new holes in the wood. rough, splintered little short boards for the bottom, some with large splinters gone. directions don't say if there should be narrow gaps or just gap at each end. where should plank placement on the very bottom be placed for what gaps for water to drain out? I varnished 3 times all pieces only to see at end of directions the short planks are the very bottom so I wasted varnish. given these problems I should be given a discount, a partial credit for faulty parts and hole misalignment. I doubt you will give a full refund and pay for return shipment, and that wastes several hours of assembly and cans of spray varnish.

81 yo arthritic retired but loves gardening now using container pots but discovered wonderful cedar planter websites and ordered 2 48 in eide cedar planters and easily put both together in 1 hour and just planted and photos submitted. Am so thrilled and just ordered ( 2)36 in Plantersto flank my front entry door. A bargain.

I bought the first set of three about a year ago. They are well made, easy to assemble and very sturdy. They have been great to use and I like the fact that I don't have to bend down to tend my garden. I decided I'd like to expand my gardening area and so recently bought two more planters and assembled them. They come with everything needed to build them and are overall less expensive that purchasing all the required materials individually.
This cedar planter is not only safe for growing the foods you love, but it is a quality product that is as beautiful as you see online and is very simple to put together. It’s a worthwhile investment that you’ll be happy you made.
