I’m extremely pleased with this cedar planter. Assembly was very easy, and the directions were clear and straightforward from start to finish. All of the pieces fit together well, and the quality of the cedar and hardware exceeded my expectations.
Once assembled, the planter is sturdy, substantial, and absolutely gorgeous. The natural cedar grain gives it a much more attractive, high-end appearance than many of the planters I looked at. It looks even better in person than it does in the product photos.
Overall, this is a very well-designed planter made from high-quality materials. Easy to assemble, great-looking, and solidly built. I would absolutely purchase it again and highly recommend it.

The planter is beautiful and was relatively simple to install. I do recommend this product if you have a nice, sunny spot. The sides block a bit of the sunshine in the planter if the soil doesn't go all the way to the top.

Very well constructed, very easy to assemble (everything FIT and holes perfectly drilled). Although staining or treating is not needed, I treated the cedar to darken / match other woods on the deck. It looks terrific!

Easy to put together. Arrived in good shape with all of the parts. Looks as pictured. My plants went in late in the season but they are doing quite well. It looks beautiful in my yard. I have ordered another!
The tracking info provided was rather poor as only part of the order (winter cover) was delivered at the expected time. I was left to wonder when the planter would be delivered. There was really no way to check on the delivery date of the planter itself and no way to call for assistance. I did use the email support but was never given any specific information.
The planter is wonderful but the communication needs improvement.

So far, so good! Super easy to put together, awesome tool kit provided, and didn't take much time. I opted to use the Osmo sealant to provide some additional UV protection, which also added a little more depth to the outside color but nothing significant. Overall great experience and I'm getting lots of compliments. Wife absolutely loves these.

I LOVE these planters. Excellent quality and easy assembly. The only improvement I could suggest is if the liner was fitted. I know these could be fabricated because I have other planter that boxes with fitted liners. Then these would be perfect.

nice piece just filled it with soil and put it in place. i put a coating of natural mineral oil over the wood to deepen the color and give it a little seal. one big gripe... this unit is not cheap, but made well... it should not be sold without the feet. unless most applications or in dirt and you want it to sink in for stability

Really easy to assemble and they look way better than the plastic containers I had on my front patio area before. I do wish the cloth liner came with some small nails to kind of hold the edges of the lining in place, especially while filling them. But that's a minor quibble on an otherwise great product

I love my planter from Cedar Planters. I needed a long planter to fill a very specific space between two doors, and Cedar Planters was the only company offering the size I needed. Production and shipping were not lightning fast, but with regular email updates, I was reassured that things were moving along, and I was happy to support a small business. Assembly was very easy. I did apply a water seal, although I'm not sure that was necessary. The planter looks beautiful in its new home, and I couldn't be happier.

I purchased the largest size of this planter box earlier this year to place under my dining room window. I bought 6 of the 72 inch planters and 2 of the 3 ft planters to place around the perimeter of my city deck. They are beautiful. We’ll made and easy to put together (managed to do it entirely by myself, even the largest planters). The packages were a bit beat up when they arrived (fedex’s fault, not the company’s). A few pieces were missing as a result, but the team very quickly sent replacements. Could not be happier! (Fingers crossed they make casters available soon).

We bought two 72" troughs (on a great sale!). They came promptly, in beautiful condition. No written instructions, but the video instructions (access with qr code) were perfect. And it would have been pretty easy to put together without any instructions. My husband was impressed that package not only came with tools but with extra screws (nothing worse than running short on the hardware). One person to assemble, two to move around And now we're excited for spring to come so we can plant them up.

I’ve never, ever reviewed anything anywhere online. But I have to break my streak for these gorgeous planters. They are exactly what I wanted and envisioned when I was looking for ways to pretty up this area of the yard. They’re high quality, quite easy to assembled, and very beautiful! The two planter boxes are just what we needed to add a natural relief to a wall hiding our propane tanks at our ocean cottage in Nova Scotia and we are just waiting for our native grasses to grow over the summer months for an even better visual impact. While we have been very satisfied with our service and the products from Cedar Planters Canada , we would suggest perhaps you look to using a different courier service. Despite repeatedly checking the UPS tracking system after placing our order, our first notification of its arrival was when the delivery driver knocked on our door with the two parcels standing next to him.
