All other items are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects — plus an additional 21 days to account for delivery — starting from the date of purchase. If your item arrives faulty or fails under normal use, we'll repair it, replace it, or refund the purchase price.

Normal wear, fading from sun exposure, and damage caused by misuse, storms or freezing are not covered. Fabric liners, grow bags and other consumable parts wear out with use and are treated as consumables.

I chose these over the platform ones thinking it would be a better choice, and I kind of wished I got the other ones. Water that drips down the legs of the planter get stuck in the sleeve feet and I fear that it was cause the legs to breakdown over time. I may order the other ones instead. They are nice! Just not what I was hoping for.

How long does assembly really take?

About 10 minutes. Our planters come with pre-cut panels and pre-drilled holes. Just line up the holes, insert the bolts, and tighten with the included wrench. Anyone can do it - we have 85+ year old customers assembling theirs with ease!

Is the cedar treated with any chemicals?

No! Western Red Cedar is naturally rot and pest resistant. It's 100% food-safe for growing vegetables, herbs, and fruits.

What's the difference between Garden Grade and Select Grade?

Garden grade has more natural character - knots, color variation, and grain patterns. Select is our premium grade with more uniform appearance and fewer knots. Both are the same quality and durability.
