I initially purchased two 18x48 planters. Then I purchased one greenhouse cover. Last month I bought a third 18x48 planter. I love these planters, they look great and the plants do well each year. The greenhouse cover makes it so easy to start spring plants a month earlier. I had the chance to work with the customer service and was very happy with my experience. It is so wonderful to be able to stand and garden!

Covers were ordered on 6/1/26. It is now 7/9/26, and the 2 covers have not been received. Interesting that you want a review for a product, that while you’ve charged my credit card, have not delivered. I have also received no updates on when they could be expected. Poor customer service indeed.

I love these planters. My only disappointment is the liner I received with the first planter. It is a huge square of landscape fabric. With the second planter I received one made to fit the planter. It fits MUCH better and the top stays in place. The large square keeps folding down onto the soil. This makes watering difficult.

The cedar planter was fairly easy to put together. I think it is a beautiful addition to my garden. Everyone that sees it has had nothing but good comments. My plants seem to be happy as well.
I also purchased a winter cover which I have not used as of yet. It looks like it will be perfect for protecting my plants and is well made.

Had the wrong address and billing address. I was able to have a chat and they fixed the problem and it came to the right house and I didn't think that was going to happen. So hats off to their tech support piece of cake to put together. It's a fun thing to do on an afternoon. Set up a coffee table outside and take your time. Turn on some music. Nice spring project. Both built now and full of dirt. They each took three bags of 50 quarts of topsoil to fill low tonight. Here is 36 so I'm going to hold off planning my vegetables until probably Saturday but it's all good. They look beautiful and I don't have to bend over and crawl around on the ground. I'm an old man so being able to do standing up is a big plus. Thank you for a great product and well-engineered everything fit like egg glove

I was impressed right off by the packaging. During assembly, which was extremely easy, extra screws and nuts were included. This was appreciated, even though I didn't need them. The small bag that had all the screws, nuts and wrench was handy, as opposed to the plain plastic bags that typically come with put-together items such as these. I also liked the tailored liners that fit perfectly inside the finished container. I build similar planters 13 years ago in another state and all they gave you was a flat sheet of fabric that you had to staple in place inside the planter - your design is much better.
I ordered the greenhouse cover and have taken advantage of that several times this season as we have gotten into the upper 30's a couple of times so far - which is unseasonably cool for us. These covers saved my young tomato plants. Again, the packaging was excellent and the units were easy to put together. the included Phillips screwdriver is also appreciated.
I have not opened the winter covers yet, but I did purchase them, and plan to use them when I shut things down in October.

Very easy to use and keeps the planter nicer looking for longer. We used a couple of spring clamps to assure it doesn't work it's way off in the windy times.

The winter cover is very substantial. It is still cold at night so I put the winter cover on in the evening so my bulbs won’t freeze.

The planter covers fit tightly, over time, due to rain, snow, high winds and snow, in Colorado at 8000 ft, could depreciate covers. Shrinking is a possibility as is drying out over time, making them impossible to put on. I would prefer a looser fit, with an adjustable belt/strap to place around cedar box. Easier to put on and take off. Also, provide a bag for all loose cover’s to fit into, for storage.

Just got this for my Mom at Christmas so she hasn't used it yet. However it is quite attractive on her patio. Thecover is great!
Although about the cover. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, 18x24. I ordered the 18x36 and used that packaging to return the wrong one.
I have confirmation of the package being delivered to you. However I'm still waiting to hear when I can expect the refund. I've made a number of attempts to contact the company about this and have heard nothing.
I hope we can't get this resolved.
Mom and I will start planting in a few short weeks!

Fit the planters well. I would suggest loops on both ends to run twine through and/or grab onto to pull the covers tighter.

I know I over stuffed the box but it behaved well all season.

It truly fits like a glove. In order to keep snow and water from pulling the top down I cut a piece of plywood, the exact size of the top before putting the cover on sort of like a lid for the raised bed. It didn’t affect it all the cover, but this way, I have the peace of mind of knowing it will not pull as our snow comes and piles into the center.

Due to changes in government import rules in the U.S., my order of four items was delayed and it took 2 months to receive the entire order.
