The height is perfect. It will give the seedlings time to get a good start. We also made an open wire cover for the top so the seedlings get lots of light and water, but are protected. The liner was helpful and the cedar is beautiful!

This cedar planter is very nice. Assembly was well explained and all holes and equipment were nice. We used our own ratchet to tighten the bolts. The provided black wrench was fine but ratchet faster.

The 48” elevated garden in select cedar is beautiful. Put it together in less than an hr; only 20 screws and easy peasy. Video instructions are great. I bought the feet and it sits well on my lawn. Bought the M clay Olla bottle. Jury out on how effective it will be. Will likely buy another as i grow my garden. Very pleased with purchase.

I love this planter! Easy to put together (took me 20 minutes), sturdy construction, and it smells great! And the height means I’m not breaking my back tending to my plants. I bought it for my herb garden and as you can see from the pictures my herbs are thriving! The greenhouse cover keeps the deer out and the ladybugs in. Pretty easy and fun to put together, but there are a lot of bolts and nuts. A few are a tight fit. Suggest getting a socket and rachet to install. The wrench does the job, but is a slow process. Love the cedar wood smell. Thinking how I will engineer a set of wheels for them so they can be moved on our deck. That might be a suggestion for another accessory you could offer.

Excellent kit. Easy to assemble. All peices were included. Well manufactured and packaged for shipping. Suggest applying a water protection sealer before adding the liner and dirt. Excellent product; exceptionally pleased.

Boxes are very nicely made, but actual growing space is quite limited. Shipping is a real issue—very slow delivery, especially during planting season when you need them.

I love love love my raised garden bed! It is an 18" x 48" which is the perfect size for me. However, I think for next year, I will buy the planter the is meant for herbs, as that is what I planted. But I still love it and ordered the solar cover and feet for it. Next year I will try vegetables in it! It was so easy to put together after following the video. At the end my husband helped me to finish it off. Thank you for my raised planter!

Assembly was not at all difficult and hardware and tools were excellent. I modified mine to use casters with brakes to provide movement on my deck. Hail is often a concern and mobility is a plus to reduce risk of planter and/or plant destruction. Seems like that could be added to the manufacturing option.

Everything was great in dealing with Cedar Planters. the planters were easy to assemble and the hardware was all inclusive…even a nice wrench for tightening things. The quality was excellent, and nice attention to detail…even a nice “pencil case” that the hardware came in, that is reusable for other purposes. Only complaint was the price went up between the first and second purchase by $20….i bit the bullet and bought it anyhow…then a week later they had a special for $20 off! Other than that I score them a 10.

We really like the planters. Assembly was easy. They look great. I am a general contractor and am familiar with select wood. While the product was knot free it didn’t come to us in select condition. Lots of chips, splintered wood. I was able to hide the damaged sides and of course the interior side is hidden by the garden soil.

I love my raised garden beds. The first one was easy to put together in 20 minutes. The second one wasn't so easy because the holes weren't drilled correctly. Once assembled, everything was wonderful.
I planted tomatoes, mustard greens, spinach, lettuce, kale and collard.

Before assembly all of the boards were treated with the FDA approved plant based sealer "Garden Box Armor". After drying overnight the planter was easily assembled in under an hour. The Youtube assembly instructions were easy to follow. Will likely purchase another planter next spring to add Jalapenos and Green peppers to the garden. Would definitely recommend.

It was easy to assemble, although if the holes on each corner were offset it would be even easier as it would be possible to use a socket wrench rather than the included open ended wrench.
I ordered four, and one of the four had been unpacked and repacked elsewhere, resulting in some quality issues, but nothing too serious.
I do like the fitted liner, which is a huge improvement over other planters I’ve used in the past.

Nice planter! I opted to treat the wood with tung oil and am very pleased with the result, bringing out the rich texture of the wood. The pre-drilled holes in the wood and metal legs aligned perfectly. The legs are sturdy and well finished.

We wanted to start growing plants and flowers on our deck. As seniors, it is hard for us to plant in the ground so this is a perfect solution. So far, it fits our needs. Perhaps we will get another one next season. Be careful when assembling because the edges are rough and you could get splinters. Also, invest in a socket wrench because there is a lot of assembly, motor that I anticipated.

I don’t do product reviews. Why should I spend my time promoting someone else’s business? Additionally, the vast majority of them are complete manure and a waste of time. HOWEVER…I’m gonna make an exception with this one.
This is going to be succinct:
1. Packaging was off the charts excellent. Not rattling around in the box getting damaged like some A**zon junk.
2. Finish on the metal parts (legs and hardware) is heavy and flawless…looks like powder coating but not sure. Nonetheless, outstanding.
3. Wood parts were milled and drilled for an attractive and perfect fit during assembly.
4. It is on the deck so I opted for the feet. Heavy, hard polymer of some sort…again, perfect fit. I put a line of caulk in them for a more secure fit.
5. Assembled, it sits square and flat. No wobbling, rocking or warping.
6. I thought I would line it with landscape fabric but ohhh nooo…a perfectly fitted liner is included! Nice!
7. Assembly instructions online video by the lovely Ms Haley made the process easy and enjoyable.
8. Customer service is an English speaking human that answers the phone…no, really!!
9. The little herb planter in the picture was $65 at Home Depot. You decide which is the better value.
I wish I had a need for more but growing season at 48 North latitude is short and a few tomatoes is all I do.
You cannot do better than this company for this product. Word of advice…do not wait until next March to order. A couple thousand other people will be making the same mistake. Order now for next spring. Ask me how I know this!!

Very easy for one person to assemble. The plants seem to love it! My one tip, and this is mentioned in the set-up instructions, is to absolutely make sure that it is where you want it to be before you fill it with dirt. ‘Cause you ain’t moving it once it’s filled unless you’re a strongman competition winner.
