I’m happy with the product but not happy with customer service. I made a duplicate order accidentally and left messages and wrote emails asking how to return my order. No one answered the phone and no one returned my calls or answered my email. Terrible customer service….no one cares once they have your money!!!

We also bought 2 of the screen/Greenhouse covers for the 18” x 60”.
They are great - but I think you need some quality control on the laces you provide to hold up the screens. Some are long enough, but some are way too short to tie a bow. Another 2 inches on each and it would be perfect,

It has been too hot here in Utah! I am waiting for cooler weather to be able to get outdoors and treat the wood before assembly. However, I'd like to comment on your superior customer service! I'd forgotten to add the base feet to my order. I called the next day when I realized it. I asked the agent if I could have them included in my previous order to avoid additional shipping. She was happy to do that, "not a problem!" she cheerfully said. I then remembered seeing a 10% discount off first orders. Again she said, "absolutely!". Such a pleasure working with a first-class business!

It took a couple of days to set up because we coated the wood with UV protectant but it was easy to do. The liner needs a staple gun to hold in place.

although they took a few weeks to arrive, they were packed well, and easy to assemble, especially after watching the assembly video. The planters are well made. We are in Texas and planted native Bluebonnets that should bloom all spring, and then we will add other native color. The cedar really looks great and this is exactly what we wanted. Would definitely purchase these again.

Beautiful and well made, it really graces our front door. Slight hitch in the instructions--the link I was originally sent to was for the larger box, not the smaller, but I quickly saw the problem and went to the right location. Takes a bit of time to put together, but it's not difficult and the video made everything very clear.
Waiting til the cold departs until I fill it, but I am very happy with the product.

I think I have ordered and received 7 of your cedar planters in different sizes, and they are all beautiful. I have them on my deck and at the side of my greenhouse. I have just filled them with organic soil and will be planting herbs and flowers soon. I will then send you pictures when that is completed. They were really easy to assemble, also. Wondering if I should spray them with poly to keep the cedar like new.

I absolutely, without the slightest reservation, recommend these beautful cedar planters.
The website pictures don't do them justice -- the cedar planks in combination with the black corner supports create a magical effect. Moreover, the design of the planters is ingenious resulting in a rock-solid container in which to place your valuable plants. The planters arrive in a box that's easy to handle and the instructions for minimal assembly are a breeze to follow. All parts are effectively placed in the box in a way which protects the them.
Bottom line: by all means order one (or more) of these planters without the slightest trepidation! You'll not regret it and will enjoy them as much as I do.
By the way, I'm using one to "overwinter" my Bonsai tree on my balcony which is not an easy
thing to do. Insulating the planter however, has been easy.

(It took a little longer for me to craft the address plaque for the front, which will make it much easier for delivery folks to find us.) I look forward to filling it with some spring colors. We have bought 3 planters. Building them was a synch (thanks to the video). And we decided to stain them a light cedar stain. Since we would prefer not to leave them out during the winter months, rather than fill them with earth, we bought pots which we can remove at the end of the summer allowing us to move the planters into the shed till next summer. They will stay beautiful for a long time. Great purchases. Thank you.

I initially purchased the 48inch planter box as I have a bad back and can no longer bend down to tend to my plants.

Overall its a nice product. I certainly like it, cant tell yet if I love it. Building it took 15-30 minutes. I must admit it seemed a tad flimsy and boards slightly irregular as I was putting it together. But when I installed the 4 metal supports on the sides it did come together nicely. regarding the interior fabric I did cut it but did not fold it under as said in the video. I used a stapler and made a nice flat edge along the inside of the box. All in all, seems ok! TY
