Very easy to assemble, though a bit tedious with all the bolts! Sturdy and attractive and a great addition to the patio. Should always get the 18" wide version. You can really stuff it full and it makes a statement, even with starter plants.

And the Cedar wood smells so good!

I appreciated receiving a wrench and a link to a video.
Putting it together isn’t hard except that it is difficult to use the wrench when you are putting the final sides together as it is difficult to get your hand in there. Where the corners meet the screws are too close together.

I love the look and craftsmanship of the planter box. and for the most part, assembly went well. The only problem we had was near the end as when trying to place the last side, the holes did not line up easily so we had to go back and loosen some others in order to align everything better. Otherwise, it went well. I would suggest perhaps recommending a longer tool (ratchet) if people have this available, as the one that it comes with is very difficult to fit into the small spaces.

The assembly is straightforward, although the proximity of the nuts requires a lot of wrenching. I had other tools that helped expedite the process. I invested time to sand the exterior and to apply a clear waterproofing before assembly.
Still working on the drip irrigation setup; planting to follow.

Shipping took forever but apparently they were moving the warehouse or something to that effect. Product quality is good (I bought the “less perfect” version because we wanted a more rustic appearance). Assembly was relatively easy and the wrench supplied was offset and of heavy duty quality—quite surprised at that. That being said, for someone with heavy arthritis in both thumbs due to sports and construction work, using the wrench was difficult for me. I tried using a socket set and there just wasn’t enough room to do so. Final build quality is above average though. I would likely buy another to match if needed.

I’ve been wanting to “elevate” my garden for awhile— we have a 4th floor, full sun balcony—but containers were overwhelming the space. Cedar planters are sleek and contain so much room— we now have a lovely “treetop” garden, with room for plants, 4 chairs, side tables, and umbrella!

Hubby put these together for me, fortunately. Since we are not spring chickens, it was a bit slower working on the floor. He said he will put the third one together on the tailgate when I'm ready. BUT. He said they were fairly easy to put together, but we would suggest not putting the bottom pieces in place till the box is where you want it, just to avoid extra weight when you move it in place. We are almost ready to plant and am excited to harvest tomatoes, squash, peppers, and green onions this summer. Winter crop goes later!

I love the cedar box itself and assembly was not difficult. I love that the wrench was included, along with extra nuts and bolts.
My one area of difficulty and disappointment was with the lining. In the video, it looks like it is already cut and assembled to slip into place. Trying to get the flat sheet in and folded was difficult and didn't look great in the end. But I am still very happy with the overall product.

This was a little hard to put together with one person and no table but it took me,about 45 mins to put together on my porch. I also dont have full mobility so the bending was tough. But really it was easy. The plants are little right now but im looking forward to everything filling in.

I thought I had ordered the 18” bed but I am still very pleased either way the 11.5” bed. It’s well made and looks great. The dirt is in waiting for my seedlings. Well worth the price.

The order came on two different days. Assembly was easy . The complaint is tat one of the assembly hole was drilled alongside a knot in the wood. The hole is located towards the middle of the board and that there will be enough support.
