Simply put, the 18x48 cedar kit was easily constructed, is of very good quality, and was at a very competitive price. The steel legs are strong and should last many years. The cedar pieces were drilled ready for the hardware and even where there are the few knot holes -- I didn't opt for the premium grade -- I quickly patched those from the inside even though the included black liner would have served the purpose. With the steel legs that frame the planter it is a fairly heavy unit (though easily lifted by two persons) but that is exactly what is needed for a raised planter that will last years (compared to a plastic one the legs of which lasted one season). As pictured, this first one has been at work and it will be joined by a second one that I have happily ordered. They will be inside the garden enclosure before winter hits and ready for spring tulips. And as a last note, it was a pleasure for this American to give our good neighbors in Canada some business...and then to buy from them a second time.

The holes on the boards didn’t always line up with the holes on the metal legs, so it was hard to put together.

I had no problem putting the unit together by myself. I followed the instructions and put it where I wanted it near the sprinkler system. We did not fill it with dirt until we moved it. The following morning I woke up and the whole front had sunk into the yard. Thankfully, I was able to gather people to lift it so we could put a secure foundation under it. I planted three plants inside of it. All of them are still alive, but not thriving.

Loved the quality of the 1st 3 cedar planters I ordered, so when I saw a great sale I bought 5 more. My soil is adobe clay so raised planters are the answer for my back yard. I’ll submit some photos next spring once I have all 8 in place.

These are great boxes at a tremendous price. Very easy to assemble. The video is great and helpful. I would definitely order these again. My only suggestion, do not tighten the bolts until all bolts have been installed, finger tight.

The planter is attractive. It was relatively easy to assemble, though it did require some force to get the last piece to fit. I won’t be using it until next May when I will plant a salad garden away from the groundhogs, deer and rabbits.

The 2 raised gardens on the left have produced many tomatoes, peppers, and basil. The one on the right I only recently purchased and it will not be fully planted until the spring. I am a retired woman in my 70s and had no issues putting the gardens together and filling them with soil. I bought the third one because the first two worked out so well! I’m still learning and will use tomato cages next year to support my plants.

I purchased two boxes, well engineered all holes lined up, th little wrench that is included worked well. The only mistake I made was not aware of the protection oil or feet for metal bars while ordering.

Purchased the 2nds product. Knew it would have knots, but didn’t realize half the board would be missing on 5 of the bottom slats. The weight of dirt and plants may bust the bottom out. Does not appear to be a long lasting product as I had hoped.

I wanted to give this 5 stars because of the other planter I bought from them but the wood this planter is made out of must be the trash pieces. Splintered, cracked and extremely rough. I'm hoping it's going to hold up for the growing season. QC is a thing.

Excellent product! I was a bit worried when it arrived, I ordered the garden grade and the imperfections were more pronounced than I expected. However, when it was all put together, it was clear that each panel was selected/crafted so that the imperfections would not show on the exterior! So glad to have a sleek way to garden on my small balcony.

Just got these a month ago. Finally I have basil with no bugs eating the leaves. Planted some Swiss chard and greens in the bigger one for cool fall weather. Looking forward to it. I started out intending to buy one of your products and ended up buying four of them by the end of the summer. I am in my early eighties and suffer from arthritis, and these 30 inch raised beds have effectively extended my active gardening life. I am so right secure and intact. Awesome product. Simple and easy to construct together. Even the tool is included. Put together they look great! Before assembly, make sure to seal stain or cover your wood to maintain its beauty. I got them with the end of tips which fit well. Again went together easy peasy. One thing I would suggest is roller casters for ease of moving about. Unless of course you find a spot you like and won't be moving it. May order the canopies to keep out the pests.

Inferior quality cedar some holes are very large splintering. Should not have passed QA. Too expensive for what i got. Portions of ordered never came had to cancel those. Extremely disappointed given your msrketing of high quality and inspection.

The Planter works as I expected. The watering jug isn't as useful as I had hoped. It requires constant checking to be sure there is enough water. I might as well just water the plants daily.

Time will tell but I am excited to try my hand at growing veggies in raised beds, with an emphasis on produce that is too expensive (e.g., okra), hard to find (gandules), or of poor quality (cantaloupe) in the grocery store. Here in Florida, the IFAS website is a great resource for what, when and how to plant. I also researched and prepared my own very specific soil mix using composted manure (30%), peat (10%), perlite (40%), and vermiculite (20%).
Assembly is straight forward and the instructions are clear, but I didn't find it to be quick or easy as promoted even after putting three of these things together, and I think many people will want to have someone else around to assist, especially for the larger units (mine were 48x18). I also would not call these "deep" raised beds: the website graphic suggests they are 18" deep when in fact they are only 12".
Also I want to note that my interaction with customer service was very positive.

Not a photo of the 48", but my 36". I bought one so the rabbits and other critters don't eat my broccoli or green beans. I am loving my elevated garden bed. We left for 10 days, happened during the heat wave, and my plants survived because of what one should put as a base, dead wood. It retained the moisture. Green beans will be picked within a week. So much easier than bending down to weed.

The holes on the long side don't line up. The top wood slat isn't flush and the bolt won't go in straight. Bolts are too short. I have spent 2 hrs in 95o heat and am giving up for now. Two short side holes didn't line up. I had to ream them out. I am totally frustrated and drenched.

This is now our fourth purchase. Very well made, planters are solid, pre drilled holes line up perfectly for bolt insertion. Oiled them for UV protection which highlighted the grains in the cedar wood. Just beautiful!!!

These planters are beautiful and well-made. Super easy to assemble, and the follow-along videos were helpful. I purchased the Garden Grade, and there are definitely some 'imperfections', but still worth the purchase. The smell of cedar from the boxes was a great welcome. I love that they have the steel legs. It's a classy touch that sets these apart from others. I also love that they are raised. Made the filling process even easier! The quantity of soil recommendations was very accurate. Can't wait for all my veggies and herbs to grow in!

Very easy to put together. This is my second one. I had to empty the first one and put the legs on bricks because the weight. Abused it to sink into the ground. All is well both planters are now on bricks and are looking good
I put two tomatoes in one planter.
We pit some chives, basil and celantro into the other. If they do well I’m hoping to order two more next season. I’ll see how well they do this winter. Thank you it’s a good product so far. JB
