1-year limited warranty. Garden Grade planters are offered at a discounted price. They are eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days (return shipping cost covered by the customer). Due to the nature of this grade, the warranty applies exclusively to steel components (legs and hardware) and excludes wood.

The warranty covers structural defects only. Cosmetic traits like small cracks, silvering, knot holes, and weathering are part of wood's natural aging process and are not covered. Liners naturally wear over time, so they are considered a consumable part and are not included.

I’ve been asked to review this cedar planter three times now. Despite me ordering it back in July and specifying to ship it now I have not yet received the planter and now we are in September. So much for this growing season If the company spent as much effort in shipping the planter out in a timely manner as they do soliciting reviews I’d probably be leaving a much different review.

I now have 3 of these planters, one 6-ft long and the others 4-ft long. My kids totally shocked me and got me one of the 4-ft long ones for my birthday and I loved it so much that I ordered the other two. I love gardening but we recently moved and the only place we have that gets enough sun without being visited by deer is our 2nd floor deck. So these planters are absolutely perfect. My husband put wheels and rollers on them so we can easily move them around. I'm using them to grow a variety of herbs and leafy greens. Beautiful and functional. As this is our first year with them, I cannot comment on durability.

Was disappointed that the cover did not come with the planter but was pleasantly surprised when I got a quick response from you telling me it was back ordered and would not be here for awhile. How long does assembly really take?

About 10 minutes. Our planters come with pre-cut panels and pre-drilled holes. Just line up the holes, insert the bolts, and tighten with the included wrench. Anyone can do it - we have 85+ year old customers assembling theirs with ease!

Is the cedar treated with any chemicals?

No! Western Red Cedar is naturally rot and pest resistant. It's 100% food-safe for growing vegetables, herbs, and fruits.

What's the difference between Garden Grade and Select Grade?

Garden grade has more natural character - knots, color variation, and grain patterns. Select is our premium grade with more uniform appearance and fewer knots. Both are the same quality and durability.
