I received my beautiful cedar planter, just got done applying a transparent waterproofing sealant on it, and since it’s so late in the planting season (I live in Michigan), I’m trying to decide if I want to plant some colder weather vegetables or just wait until spring to plant. I do want to order a cover for it. Was easy to put together, seems sturdy. It looks beautiful so we’ll see!

The planter was easy to assemble and took about a half hour. The planter is very pretty. I have been waiting a few years to purchase one as it's a commitment and not inexpensive.
I would like to suggest that you make a comment somewhere prominent that putting the UV oil protection will help the cedar keep its color. I didn't realize this immediately and then ordered the oil, but it took an extra week. The second coat has been applied and now I'm ready to add my soil/compost mix.

I have purchased three of these planters and they are absolutely worth every dollar. The quality of the materials and the ease of putting them together makes it a great purchase. I would highly recommend using the UV protectant oil that is recommended to protect the planters.

Wonderful products and packaging.
However, my planter was missing 3 bottom slats. I made 3 replacements from my own wood. You need to double check your QA - that signature card did not support the concept that the product was 100% complete.

I coated it in Flexshield and then varnished the outside with 4 coats of clear lacquer- everyone comments on how good they look.

Looks very nice and is a perfect height for our herb garden. We spent about 45 minutes putting it together and only needed to adjust one hole to line it up better. All parts were there and had extra screws and nuts which came in a nice reusable zipper pouch. The preformed liner was very easy to put in and we secured it with a staple gun. We are now at the point of putting plants and seeds in to start our herb garden. We are very happy with the purchase, Thanks

I was hesitant to purchase it me of these due to the cost but let me tell you- they are high quality, extremely easy to put together with the video on the website. I always put everything together backwards or upside down, but I had no problems with this. I also purchased the foot covers for the bottom of the legs. I highly recommend one of these!

It has taken me a while to get around for assembly because it is still winter here in Michigan, but starting to warm up. I would like to say it is a very sturdy product and seems to be well-built. All the holes lined up almost perfectly and assembly was a breeze. I appreciate the extra hardware you sent. Actually, I’m not sure why you send so many extra nuts and bolts but it’s better to have too many than too few for sure. The only complaint that I would have for the entire product is that many of the pre-drilled holes have splintering on the side of the nuts. It’s probably from where the drill bit comes through as it’s making the holes. I can see this happening maybe on a slat or two but I seem to have it probably close to 50% of all holes. Some were pretty severe. I sent pictures of this just to show you, but you probably know what I mean. I think that flaw should be countermeasured. Anyway, all 3 planters are ready and my wife cannot wait to start planting things as she looks forward to using your product. Also I did want to thank you for the extra discount you gave me due to the order being delayed.

To be honest, I still have to assemble my boxes, but plan to once it’s above 40°, lol. I’m 65 years old and recovering from a broken thigh that has been very slow to heal.
My mobility has been tenuous, but it’s also improving and I can walk in the yard without my cane now. The cedar planters will give me the ability to garden again without needing to kneel.
I do promise to send photos once my beds are assembled filled and planted. And aim using the “gardening time” this winter to continue my lower body and balancing exercises.
Just having the boxes waiting helps motivate me forward. Thank you so much and I promise to send you pictures of actual plants and my dirty hands in April and May :)

I did have to wait awhile for my planters to arrive, but I knew that in advance so it was not a problem. I hired someone to put my 2 planters together. One entire side board was missing. So the man I hired had to obtain a similar piece of wood so he could put the planter together I do love my planters. I am giving the planters a 4 and not a 5 because of the missing wood and extra hassle, and cost to me, due to the missing board.

We bought this as a self-standing window box for the front of the house because the length fit the size of the windows. Assembly was straightforward. Components were strong with good hardware and precise alignment. The quality of the wood was excellent - better than what I might have produced after hours of work and trips to the lumber shop. The box was light enough to position and level easily, yet sturdy enough when filled half-way with dirt to withstand 60 mph wind gusts. Overall, a great addition to our garden.

These cedar planters are what I have been looking for. I ordered a couple of 72" ones just to see what they are like. I am 76 years old and was concerned that they would be difficult to put together. My adult son came over and we put the first one together. It was so easy!! I am putting the rest together by myself. I was amazed!! I ordered 5 more. Then I ordered two more that are still in transit. I have a large back yard - but it is all covered in concrete. I tried using those large fabric containers but the Southern California sun burned the soil beneath them. I searched for the solution and found these cedar planters. I will send a picture when I get them all put together and have my winter garden planted. I will be eventually ordering more of these wonderful planters.

The only reason this one got 4 stars, instead of 5 , is because of the liner. It was just a big piece cut from a roll not sewn and fitted to the planter box like all of the 48" ones we bought. Otherwise, perfect!

I bought two five foot planters and one six foot raised bed. Assembly was extremely easy. Amazingly, given the number of bolt holes and bolts every single one lined up perfectly! Very well made. Although cedar is a good looking wood I still gave them a coat of linseed oil and they look beautiful. Super product.

So glad that we purchased these planters! We looked at a lot of options before deciding on this configuration. It fits perfectly. Assembly was easy - just watched the YouTube video and followed along. Each of the 18"x72" raised garden beds (tall) took about 40 minutes to put together and most of that effort was tightening the screws. I assembled all 4 by myself with no issues.

Easy to assemble and the pieces were all there! Precision cuts on the planks made it easy to install. We put the fabric in and stapled it to the top of the inside of the walls, trimmed the cloth off, dropped some gravel in the bottom and then a couple of bales of soil made just for planting beds filled it perfectly. My wife already has tulips in for next spring, and then we will do the veggies! A great product.

The customer service of this company is outstanding! Won’t be using my planters till the spring but they look great. I’m just blown away by their customer service. When my e-bill arrived there was close to an additional $300 due to the foolish tRump tariffs. The company paid the tariff costs so I could receive my order. When they arrived one of the boards was split due to damage in transport. They immediately sent new boards to replace them.
I can’t wait to plant them in the spring and to be ordering more!

We love our new planters, but as yet, we haven’t planted anything in them. We are in the process of repairing and staining our backyard shadowbox fence after hail damage. The workers are staining the cedar raised beds as well. Most likely, we won’t plant anything until spring.
