We love the planter and made it even better. After staining the wood, my husband added locking casters and an additional support of channel iron around the bottom. We will likely set slatted boards into the channel iron to form a shelf. We live in a wind & hail prone location and are excited at the ability to just wheel the planter into the garage during storms and over winter. Otherwise it will live on a concrete pad next to the garage.

It took a while for the planters to arrive but I have had the good fortune to have 2.5 weeks of 90+ weather and have my first heirloom tomatoes coming in already. in the 2nd planter which i bought a greenhouse cover for, I have been able to grow watermelon radishes from seed and plant dill, a normally very sensitive to the heat plant, and sage both of which are thriving. thank you

For years I’ve raised 6 big pots of red dragon-wing begonias for my front porch from cuttings. Moving those pots in and out of the garage to protect them from frost or severe storms in the spring and fall had gotten too difficult, and I thought about giving it up. The cedar planters are the perfect solution for multiple issues including my back problems. They are well-made, attractive, and easy for 2 “seniors” to assemble. I just placed my pots in the planters. (Be sure and measure your containers before ordering planters.) The quality of the greenhouse accessory is impressive. We were surprised by 2 nights in the 20s and the flowers came through perfectly!

I ordered the 60" x 30" to use at my grandson's farm house. At age 90 I was able to construct the planter by myself in December. Until Spring the planter with a long birch pole is placed at the side of my garage. The pole provides a safe hand rail for guests as they walk on the sidewalk. At the farm it will be placed so plants will be elevated to enhance a large, tall area of one side of the house. Will probably add another planter in May.

A very nice looking raised bed. Can hardly wait to fill it with the soil I've been preparing! Boards are sturdy and assembly was a snap. Only issue was that most long boards are chipped out at the ends where holes were drilled. I feel like I need to add a washer to cover the chipped area. Probably isn't really necessary, just poor mfg. quality control. I also will add an extra leg, front and back, at the midpoint of planter length, just for additional support. I will probably purchase another in the future.

The planter looks awesome and it was super easy to assemble. Took me maybe 30 minutes total to put it together. I used a ratchet to tighten most of the bolts - strongly recommend that. We haven’t added the dirt yet or put in its final location. I would highly recommend this product for its high quality and smart design. May buy another in the future as well.

These shipped in packages (I bought 3) that were easy to move on their way to my client's location. There was plenty of hardware. No risk of being short of bolts and nuts that go on the corners. All of the loose wood slats that make the bottoms were cut accurately and fit fine.

All of the 48" and single 60" planters look very nice in my back yard. My only criticism is the choice of nuts and bolts. Given the number of nuts/bolts required to assemble each planter box, the provided wrench - by design, makes the task unnecessarily time consuming. And after receiving four planter boxes, I would consider looking at a different source only because of those black nuts and bolts. Maybe rethink that aspect of the design?

We did experience a delivery delay -- I think due to extra time spent at American Customs. Note that UPS quickly responded to our request to locate the planter and ID a delivery date.

My Honest review........
It was easy to put together after seeing the video. I purchased 4 five foot planters and once I did the first it was easy to put together the others. I did have two planters in which one of the bottom pieces was split and the other two were not. I was confused if one piece should be split or not to maybe put on the ends
I would recommend that if someone buys more than one planter that you do not waste your money on giving an extra wrench. I had three I had no use for and discarded. It may be cost efficient to have a prepacked item but I am not sure. You also gave 10 extra nuts and bolts for each planter. Just a waste. Probably should be maybe two at most.
Also, as I purchased four planters and feet for each, you shipped four separate feet packages instead of one with four of them. That had to cost you more in free shipping to me.
Overall, I find the quality superior than other I saw online and are happy with the items purchased.

I ordered three large cedar planters for our back patio. The planter boxes arrived in good condition and came with plenty of extra screws and bolts. They were very easy to assemble and are sturdy, plus they look so much better than the planter boxes sold at the big box stores or local nurseries. I needed a planter that would look right on a sloped
paver walkway. When I stumbled upon your product,
the idea came to me that it would work if I shortened the legs on one side so that the top surface was level.
